Job summary

DRC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Cost Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions based on drawings and specifications. You will perform take-offs, cost calculations, and pricing analysis while reviewing quotations for cost evaluation.

The role requires 3+ years in construction cost estimation or quantity surveying, UAE experience preferred, and Adnoc experience is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost estimation or quantity surveying.
• UAE construction industry experience preferred.
• Adnoc experience is mandatory.
• Experience with Chinese-funded construction enterprises is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, tendering, cost control and construction materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation software.
