Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of biometric passport systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement support strategies to meet client needs.
• Monitor and maintain service level agreements, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and resolution of client concerns.
• Identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of support activities and provide regular reports to management.
