Job summary

Euroclima is seeking a Support Engineer in Dubai for Production Planning and Engineering. You will schedule and monitor daily production activities, allocate resources, and supervise shop floor operations to meet timelines and quality targets.

You will interpret engineering drawings, coordinate with design teams for clarifications, support BOM preparation, and ensure correct implementation of design into production while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools.

Reporting To HR Dept Divisions Euroclima Categories Engineering The Support Engineer Production Planning

Production Planning: schedule and monitor daily production activities as per project timelines Allocate manpower machines and materials efficiently Supervise shop floor operations to ensure productivity and quality targets are met Track production progress and prepare daily weekly production reports Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies

Application Engineering Support: Interpret engineering drawings specifications and technical documents Coordinate with design engineering teams for technical clarifications Support product configuration and customization based on client requirements Assist in preparing Bill of Materials BOM and technical submittals Ensure correct implementation of design into production

Coordination Communication: Act as a link between Production Design QA QC and Procurement teams Coordinate with suppliers vendors for material availability Support project execution by aligning production with engineering requirements Communicate production status and technical issues to management

Quality Process Improvement: Ensure production meets quality standards and specifications Work closely with QA QC team for inspections and testing Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste Support implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

Documentation Reporting: Maintain production records reports and technical documentation Prepare work instructions and process guidelines Update ERP or production management systems regularly

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Good understanding of HVAC systems Mechanical Electrical systems depending on industry Proficiency in MS Excel ERP systems and reporting tools Problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and coordination abilities

Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering 2 5 years of experience in production + application/engineering support role.

Preferred Experience: Experience in HVAC manufacturing (AHU, FCU, FAHU, Condensing Units, etc.) Exposure to factory operations and project-based production Knowledge of automation or smart factory systems is an advantage
