Job summary

TECHNOCORE GENERAL TRADING LLC in Dubai is seeking a Production/Manufacturing Engineer to plan and monitor production schedules, ensuring material readiness, equipment and manpower for efficient operations.

The role requires an engineering degree and 3–5 years in production/manufacturing; Lean/Six Sigma certification is a strong plus. CAD and production planning experience is preferred to enhance productivity and quality across the line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Engineering is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in production/manufacturing.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is a strong advantage.
• Experience with CAD software and production planning tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production schedules.
• Ensure availability and control of materials, components, tools and manpower.
• Coordinate assembly, wiring and testing activities.
• Monitor production progress and resolve bottlenecks.
• Review engineering drawings, GA drawings and wiring schematics before production.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Optimize production processes and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams to address non-conformities.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians and assembly teams.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and electrical issues.
• Ensure adherence to HSE policies and plant safety procedures.
• Monitor safe operation of machinery and equipment.
