Job summary

Central Ventilation System in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Production Planning & Execution professional to plan, organize, and supervise daily HVAC duct manufacturing activities.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience in HVAC duct fabrication, strong knowledge of duct fabrication processes, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP-based production management systems. You will coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, QA/QC, and project teams to meet targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/production engineering or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant HVAC duct manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication experience.
• Strong understanding of duct fabrication drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and processes.

. Production Planning & Execution

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily HVAC duct manufacturing activities.

• Monitor production schedules, manpower allocation, material availability, and

machine utilization.

• Ensure production targets are achieved within the required quality standards and

project deadlines.

• Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, QA/QC, and project teams.

1. HVAC Duct Manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of GI, MS, SS duct fabrication.

• Experience in rectangular, circular, spiral, and fire-rated duct manufacturing.

• Knowledge of duct fabrication processes, including cutting, bending, rolling,

forming, welding, assembly, and insulation.

• Familiarity with CNC plasma cutting, duct fabrication lines, Pittsburgh lock

machines, TDF/TDC flange forming, and other sheet metal machinery.

• Ensure duct fabrication complies with approved shop drawings and project

specifications.:

1. Technical Standards & Quality Control

• Working knowledge of SMACNA, DW/144, ASHRAE, and applicable UAE project

requirements.

• Understanding of duct pressure classes, sheet metal thickness, reinforcement,

joints, flanges, and support requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in HVAC duct manufacturing or sheet metal

fabrication.

• Strong understanding of duct fabrication drawings, BOQs, material specifications,

and manufacturing processes.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP-based production management

systems.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and production coordination skills.
