Job summary

D4 Insight in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Support Engineer to provide production support for Lending and Cards applications, ensuring high system availability and smooth business operations.

You will investigate production issues, coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams, and support SIT, UAT, and production releases.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and hands-on experience with Oracle Database, IBM WebSphere, Unix/RHEL, MQ, REST APIs, and SQL.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in production/support engineering.
• Experience with Lending and Cards platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, IBM WebSphere, Unix/RHEL.
• Familiarity with MQ, REST APIs and SQL.
