Job summary

TAT IT Technologies is looking for a skilled IT support professional based in Abu Dhabi to focus on production support and change delivery for Lending and Cards platforms using LendPerfect and Oracle systems in a 24x7 environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support within banking, with at least 3 years of experience and hands-on skills in IBM WebSphere and Unix/RHEL, among other technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in IT within banking, with 1–2 years in application systems support.
• Strong hands-on experience in supporting lending/card platforms.
• Ability to operate in a 24x7 production support environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents by coordinating with vendors.
• Support SIT/UAT and ensure smooth cutover from projects to production.
• Guide business users on system functionality and capabilities.

Overview

Role focuses on production support and change delivery for Lending (Loan Onboarding) and Cards platforms using LendPerfect, Intellect, and Oracle-based systems in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents by coordinating with vendors and internal IT; manage end‑to‑end issue resolution.
• Support SIT/UAT, ensure smooth cutover from projects to production, and provide hyper‑care.
• Review vendor solutions for alignment with technical and project requirements.
• Guide business users on system functionality and capabilities.
• Drive Problem and Change Management activities and maintain runbooks/knowledge base.

Skill Set

• Strong, hands‑on experience with Lending domain systems: LendPerfect, Intellect, and Oracle‑based loan/card platforms.
• IBM WebSphere administration and deployment workflows.
• Unix/RHEL and Java knowledge for application support.
• Oracle Database 19c: SQL development and performance tuning.
• Messaging: IBM MQ (queues, topics) and related frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs and MQ queues within integrations.
• Solid grasp of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Ability to operate in a 24x7 production support environment and handle high‑pressure situations; excellent coordination with vendors and cross‑functional IT teams.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in IT within banking, including 1–2 years directly handling application systems and technical production support for lending/card platforms.
