Job summary

D4 Insight in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Support Engineer to manage production support for Digital Banking, Wealth Management, and Investment platforms within enterprise banking environments.

You will maintain Kubernetes, OpenShift, and AWS EKS environments, support API Gateway, ETL, CI/CD pipelines, and middleware, and coordinate incidents and releases with vendors.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise production support.
Experience in Digital Banking, Wealth Management, and Investment platforms.
Proficient in Kubernetes, OpenShift and AWS EKS.
Experience supporting API Gateway, ETL, CI/CD, and middleware platforms.

Responsibilities

Support Digital Channels and Wealth platforms.
