Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules optimising for efficiency and on‑time delivery of finished goods.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement and operations teams to forecast demand and ensure material availability.
• Identify and mitigate production bottlenecks, proactively addressing potential delays and resource constraints.
• Manage inventory levels for raw materials, work‑in‑progress and finished goods to minimise holding costs while meeting production needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in production planning, scheduling or a similar manufacturing operations role.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and forecasting.
• FMCG Manufacturing company exp.
• System‑oriented SNOP Process awareness and strong Excel knowledge.
