Job summary

Management Solutions International MSI is seeking a Supply Chain Planner for a temporary role in Dubai to manage demand, supply and inventory planning, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Production and Logistics to ensure timely availability of materials.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in supply chain planning, experience in F&B FMCG, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel.

• Experience in F&B FMCG manufacturing or distribution industry is essential

Responsibilities

• Manage demand, supply and inventory planning activities.
• Prepare material requirements plans to ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock holdings.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Production and Logistics teams.
• Track supplier deliveries and support operational planning activities.
• Analyze planning data and identify opportunities to improve service levels and reduce costs.

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our team on a temporary basis in Dubai.

Key Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning including demand planning material planning inventory management and production planning.
• Experience within the Food & Beverage (F&B) FMCG Manufacturing or Distribution industry is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales Procurement Warehouse Production and Logistics teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• Immediate availability to join
• Valid UAE residence visa (Own Visa/Sponsored Visa)
• Based in Dubai or willing to work in Dubai
