Job summary

GRG in the UAE (Dubai) is seeking a Supply Chain Officer to coordinate end-to-end procurement, logistics and distribution for the Saudi Arabia market, from the UAE head office with regular travel.

The role supports demand forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment, and coordinates with 3PL partners on inbound/outbound operations. We value 2–3 years in supply chain coordination, ERP proficiency (SAP or MS Dynamics) and strong Excel skills, plus a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supply chain coordination experience, preferably in QSR, restaurant or FMCG.
• Hands-on experience with imports, inventory management and demand forecasting.
• Experience coordinating with warehouse operations and third-party vendors.

A growing F&B operator with operations across the GCC is hiring a Supply Chain Officer to coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities for its Saudi Arabia market, based out of the UAE head office with regular travel.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day procurement, logistics and distribution across food and non-food categories
• Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders and vendor documentation
• Support demand forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment
• Coordinate with 3PL partners on inbound/outbound operations and customs clearance
• Conduct inventory audits and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance
• Prepare supply chain reports and KPI dashboards for management review

What we're looking for:

• 2-3 years of supply chain coordination experience, ideally in QSR, restaurant or FMCG

• Bachelor's degree; supply chain or logistics certification a plus
