Job summary

GRG is seeking a proactive Supply Chain & Imports Coordinator to support our operations in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The role covers end-to-end supply chain activities from procurement to logistics, inventory control and vendor management.

You will work with a 3PL partner, manage purchase orders, ensure customs clearance, and monitor demand forecasts. The position requires strong Excel skills, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to travel to Saudi Arabia when required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, imports, logistics, inventory or warehouse coordination.
• Experience in food, beverage, FMCG, consumer goods, or food distribution.
• Knowledge of Dubai Municipality Portal (IRS) and Saudi import regulations (SFDA & SABER) a plus.
• Strong experience coordinating with 3PLs and freight forwarders.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (MS Dynamics, SAP, Fidelio) and advanced Excel.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia when required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the 3PL partner to ensure smooth inbound/outbound operations, customs clearance, and on-time delivery to stores.
• Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor documentation in compliance with company procurement policies.
• Monitor demand forecasts and support inventory planning and replenishment to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries, price updates, and service issue resolution.
• Conduct periodic warehouse and inventory audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FIFO/FEFO processes.
• Prepare supply chain reports, KPI dashboards, and highlight variances for management review.
• Support compliance with Saudi regulations (FASAH, SFDA, SABER) for imports and product clearances.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Marketing) to align supply chain activities with business needs.

Candidate profile

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, imports, logistics, inventory or warehouse coordination.
• Experience in food, beverage, FMCG, consumer goods, food distribution or a closely related sector.
• Working knowledge of Dubai Municipality Portal [IRS] and knowledge of Saudi import regulations, SFDA & SABER processes will be a plus.
• Strong experience coordinating with 3PLs and freight forwarders.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (MS Dynamics, SAP, Micros Fidelio or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills..
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work across cultures and functions.
• Willingness and ability to travel to Saudi Arabia when required.
