Job summary

Shun Shing Group International Limited seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement and logistics across materials, packaging and equipment. You will optimize inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery in a global trade environment.

Candidate should have 8–12 years in supply chain/logistics with strong leadership, analytics and ERP experience. UAE-based, on-site role with focus on cost control and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics or engineering; masters preferred.
• Experience in procurement, supplier performance reviews, and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategies across raw materials, packaging, and capital equipment.
• Manage inventory control procedures to minimize waste and obsolescence.
• Oversee supplier relationships, performance reviews and cost negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate sea/air freight movements and 3PL interactions.
• Supervise customs clearance and documentation requirements.
• Monitor stock turnover and reduce holding costs while avoiding stockouts.
• Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and geopolitical risks.
• Drive digital transformation and automation of supply chain processes.

• Lead procurement strategies across raw materials packaging spare parts capital machineries repair and maintenance of plant and transport vehicles and any other services.
• Manageinventorylevelsimplementinventorycontrolproceduresandminimizewasteandobsolescence.

• Ensurealignmentwithcontractualtermsqualitystandardsanddeliveryschedules.
