Job summary

ICCEnergy in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement and supply chain operations across the MEA region.

You will manage sourcing, supplier relationships, contracts, inventory planning and procurement performance, while ensuring quality and timely supply of goods and services. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders and 60-70% travel to company branches within MEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of Supply Chain experience with at least 5 years in direct managerial role.
• Mandatory Oil & Gas industry experience in Rotating Equipment, Drilling Equipment, Machine Shops, Workshops, or Oil Equipment Manufacturing.
• Experience in management and supervision.
• Financial and numerical skills.

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager based in Dubai, UAE to lead procurement and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sourcing activities, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, inventory planning, and procurement performance while ensuring the efficient supply of goods and services without compromising quality or operational requirements.

The role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders to identify business needs, drive cost-effective procurement strategies, and implement best practices across the supply chain function.

Travel Requirement

• Open to travel for approximately 60-70% of the time to support and visit our company-operated branches within the MEA region.

JOB DUTIES:

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 10+ years of Supply Chain experience, including at least 5 years in a direct managerial role with Supply Chain responsibilities.
• Mandatory experience within the Oil & Gas industry, specifically in Rotating Equipment, Drilling Equipment, Machine Shops, Workshops, and/or Oil Equipment Manufacturing.
