Confidential, a leading organization in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Sourcing to join its procurement team. The role focuses on MRO sourcing, indirect procurement, and supplier management to ensure timely availability of industrial products and services.

You will manage sourcing activities, develop procurement strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• B.Tech qualification is mandatory.
• 3–8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and supplier management.
• Strong experience in indirect procurement, facility management, and MRO sourcing.
• B2B procurement experience is required.
• Exposure to industrial products, maintenance services, and plant equipment.
• Candidates from Oil & Gas, Chemical, Industrial Manufacturing, Engineering, or MRO industries are preferred.
• Candidates willing to relocate to Dubai are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of: MRO procurement and industrial sourcing; Supplier negotiation and vendor management; Indirect procurement processes and B2B purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing activities for MRO and indirect procurement categories.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Procure industrial products including pumps, motors, bearings, pipes, wires, cables, lighting, chemicals, spare parts, and plant equipment.
• Support facility management procurement requirements and AMC contract sourcing.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.
• Ensure efficient procurement processes while maintaining supplier performance and compliance.
