Terracotta Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Lead, Supply Chain to support a government-owned energy entity in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on indirect procurement, sourcing strategy, contract management, and e-procurement systems.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end sourcing of professional services, including consultants, systems, and advisory services within a large corporate or energy sector environment, and will drive spend analysis and supplier optimization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or a similar role within energy or utilities.
• Strong indirect procurement experience.
• Mandatory experience with SAP or Oracle e-procurement systems.

We are seeking a commercially astute procurement professional with strong expertise in indirect procurement, sourcing strategy, contract management, and e-procurement systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing the end-to-end sourcing of professional services, particularly consultants, systems, and advisory services within a large corporate or energy‑sector environment.
