Job summary

Abbott UAE is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for the MENA region (UAE Nationals only) to support end-to-end operations from Dubai. You will coordinate between commercial, service, manufacturing, and distribution partners to ensure OTIF delivery and manage supply risks.

The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, cross-functional communication, and continuous improvement within a fixed-term 1-year contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Mgmt, or related field.
• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Operations, or Business Analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations across MENA.
• Translate requirements between commercial teams, customer service, manufacturing, and distribution.
• Monitor order execution to ensure OTIF delivery.
• Track supply constraints and communicate mitigation plans.
• Support regional supply review and planning activities.
