Formación

Responsabilidades

• Supervise taxi technical system operations by preparing inspection plans and reports.
• Oversee installation of smart devices and meters and ensure data synchronization.
• Monitor 24/7 taxi systems and review performance indicators for continuous uptime.
• Coordinate system updates with franchisees, internal teams, and customers.
• Oversee staff training and support the implementation of system changes.
• Submit periodic performance reports and support service development and improvement.

Job description

Job Purpose

Supervise the performance, reliability, and continuity of taxi technical systems by managing system operations, updates, data accuracy, and device activities. Strengthen service efficiency through structured inspections, performance monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and timely resolution of system-related issues. Support operational readiness by guiding staff, implementing system updates, and ensuring compliance with technical requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategy

• Develop maintenance policies and procedures for taxi technical systems to support consistent operational performance.
• Develop and update an integrated database of taxi technical systems to improve data availability and decision support.
• Participate in committees and meetings related to taxi system development and technical operations.

Operations

• Supervise taxi technical system operations by preparing inspection plans, identifying malfunctions, and issuing malfunction and corrective action reports.
• Supervise technical inspectors, operators and technical system operations by preparing inspection plans, identifying malfunctions, and issuing malfunction and corrective action reports
• Oversee the installation and removal of smart devices and meters, maintain related accessories, and ensure accurate synchronization of dispatch and meter data.
• Monitor taxi technical systems and virtual toll gate operations around the clock, reviewing performance indicators and ensuring continuous service availability.
• Update and follow up on smart devices, software, websites, and reservation system addresses to ensure accuracy, alignment with operational counters, and system readiness.
• Apply and update approved taxi tariffs and meter installation service fees in line with authority instructions and revenue requirements.
• Coordinate with franchise companies, internal operations teams, and customers on system updates, inquiries, and complaints.
• Oversee training sessions and support the smooth implementation of system changes.

Product / Process Improvement

• Submit periodic reports on technical taxi system performance to support service development and improvement.
• Follow up the disaster recovery plan to ensure effectiveness of emergency systems.
• Ensure synchronization activities and system update outcomes drive continuous improvement in system reliability and customer experience.

Physical Working Conditions

• Role involves frequent site visits for inspection
