Job summary

Khidmah is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to supervise housekeeping, car wash and window cleaning teams across large premises. You will plan work assignments, train staff, audit performance, and manage department budgets to deliver professional service to clients and customers.

The role requires strong knowledge of HSE regulations, COSHH/ISO/HACCP standards, and proven leadership with a track record in FM. Prior CMMS/PM software experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's in Facility Management or related field.
• FM related professional certifications preferable (e.g., BICS).
• Excellent knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional housekeeping service to all Khidmah and Provis clients.
• Produce helpdesk related reports.
• Review and evaluate existing HK contracts for KPI/SLA achievement.
• Produce accurate contract performance reports weekly and monthly.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to clients.
• Ensure processes and systems maintain high customer service levels.
• Coordinate housekeeping operations and payments on site.
• Oversee team performance and drive revenue.

Job Purpose

1. Supervises all housekeeping, car wash, window cleaning team, has the authority to hire/discharge.
2. Plans and assigns work assignments, give training for newly recruited employees, audit and inspects team personal work and requisition supplies.
3. Take Care of all the budget and budget controlling for department. To provide a professional and effective service to all the client and customers of Khidmah and Provis.
4. Elevate Khidmah Home Housekeepers and Car Wash Cleaners overall productivity to 80%
5. Achieve 100% Completion on BICS Training for Khidmah Home Housekeeping Department.
6. Achieve 100% compliance to all SOP's.

Qualification

1. Diploma or bachelor's degree (preferable) in Facility Management or with relevant specialization
2. FM related professional certifications is preferable. E.g., British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS)
3. Excellent knowledge & understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and responsibilities.
4. Knowledge and understanding of, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health COSHH, ISO, HACCP certificate
5. Good standard of Education /certificate related to Hospitality and Facilities management.
6. Licensed in BICS training.
7. HSE training certificate.

Experience

1. 4-7 years of experience in relevant FM Industry. Background in installation, maintenance, and repair in large commercial premises.
2. Computerized maintenance management system CMMS experience preferred
3. Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) practices and policies.
4. Experience of safe working practices, risk assessments, method statements, permit-to-work systems, and water treatment management.
5. Ideally experienced in working with residential & commercial /retail properties

Roles, Responsibilities, Duties

1. To provide a professional and effective housekeeping service to all the clients and customers of Provis and Khidmah home.
2. Produce helpdesk related reports.
3. Review and evaluate existing contracts for HK and to provide evidence of achieving KPI and SLA's.
4. Produce accurate contract performance reports weekly, monthly, and as requested.
5. Provide day-to-day operational support to the clients.
6. Consistently monitor processes, systems and procedures to maintain optimum customer service.
7. Maximize efficiency and accuracy.
8. Strong teamwork ethic and promotion of customer service excellence
9. Marketing of the services and promote growth of business and identifying new business opportunities. Implement sustainability through process and procedures.
10. Coordinate to OA in community to identify the requirements in promoting the services.
11. Attending meetings.
12. Coordinate for housekeeping/cleaning business, scheduling for housekeepers, checking on payments.
13. Overseeing all the team in site and daily operation methods.
14. Responsible to generate monthly revenue.
