Transguard Group is seeking a Supervisor – Planning & Analysis to lead the Planning and Analysis team in our Dubai HQ. The role emphasizes supervision, process optimization, and adherence to SOPs within cash services.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 4–5 years in a similar supervisory role, with basic ATM/CDM operations knowledge and a collaborative mindset. This is an on-site position in Dubai, reporting to the Cash Services leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Planning and Analysis team.
• Monitor KPIs, manage activities, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure staff understand and follow SOPs and policies; conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks.
• Oversee delivery and maintenance of CIT devices and printers for cash operations; report damages.
• Identify and report route discrepancies to maintain operational integrity.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by seeking and implementing process optimizations.

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for aSupervisor – Planning & Analysisto join our Cash Services Team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.

Scope

Responsible for supervising the daily operations, administration, and team within the Planning and Analysis department. Key responsibilities include resolving internal customer complaints, managing CIT devices, and maintaining internal controls.

Responsibilities

Financial

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for financial improvement.
• Plan and organize work activities to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Customer

• Ensure all staff are aware of and adhere to agreed standards, SOPs, and policies by conducting daily briefings and toolbox talks (TBTs).

Process

• Ensure the daily preparation and delivery of CIT devices and printers to cash operations.
• Identify and report any damages to CIT devices on a daily basis.
• Note and rectify any route discrepancies, maintaining operational integrity.

Innovation

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by seeking and implementing new ways to optimize processes.

Selection Criteria

• Bachelors degree.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
