Job summary

Aldhafra Resort, a serene desert retreat near Abu Dhabi, is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to support the Outlet Manager and Food & Beverage Manager in daily operations. You will supervise staff, manage the floor during service, and serve as the main contact when the manager is away.

Fluent English is required; 1–2 years in a supervisory F&B role; strong leadership and guest-focused approach; experience with POS systems and basic reporting is a plus; extended hours or outdoor work may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior service role in F&B.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Diploma or certification in hospitality or related field preferred.

About the Job

The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Outlet Manager/ Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining high standards of guest experience. The role includes supervising staff, managing the floor during service, and acting as the point of contact in the manager’s absence.

About You

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior service role in F&B
• Strong communication leadership & interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, professional, and guest-oriented
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Diploma or certification in hospitality or related field is preferred
• Committed and reliable
