Job summary

Khidmah is seeking an experienced FM Supervisor to oversee day-to-day facilities management operations, ensuring building services, maintenance activities, and service delivery meet client requirements.

The role involves supervising technicians, coordinating MEP/HVAC maintenance, and maintaining safety and documentation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in facilities management or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
• Experience supervising technicians or maintenance teams.
• Good knowledge of MEP and general building maintenance.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance reporting systems.
• UAE FM experience preferred.
• Male candidates preferred; UAE driving licence advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facilities management and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and monitor MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance works.
• Allocate tasks to technicians and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance and safety issues.
• Monitor the performance of technicians and subcontractors.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed as scheduled.
• Coordinate with the client and report operational issues or service requirements.
• Maintain daily reports, checklists, work orders, and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and company procedures.
• Monitor tools, equipment, and material availability and usage.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
• Support FM Manager in achieving targets and service levels.
• Ensure activities follow approved SOPs and client requirements.

• Diploma/Degree or relevant technical qualification in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management or building maintenance.
• Previous experience supervising technicians or maintenance teams.
• Good knowledge of MEP and general building maintenance.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and maintenance reporting systems.
• UAE facilities management experience is preferred.
• Male candidates preferred.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
