Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement detailed procedures for hydrotesting pipelines, piping systems and manifold vessels, ensuring compliance with HAC Health Safety and Environment standards.

Create comprehensive test packages that include necessary documentation, pressure gauges, valves and other testing equipment to ensure effective execution of hydrotest operations.

Design detailed execution plans for hydrotesting projects, aligning with project deadlines and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure seamless coordination and address any technical challenges during hydrotesting activities.

Monitor and report on hydrotesting performance, identifying any deviations from standards and providing solutions to ensure compliance and safety.

Qualifications

B .Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 5-10 years of relevant experience, or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience in hydrotesting related fields.

Proven expertise in hydrotesting pipelines, piping systems, and manifold vessels under various pressure conditions.

Strong understanding of pressure gauges, valves, and related instrumentation used in hydrotesting processes.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining focus and efficiency.

Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams to achieve project objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore.
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred.
• Clean-shaven policy applicable.
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.

Age Criteria

Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.

Managerial and Senior Positions

A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
