Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced hydrotesting lead to oversee the full testing cycle for oil & gas projects.

You will ensure equipment meets standards, deploy hydrotest packs, and maintain documentation, while coordinating with engineers and site teams.

Immediate joiner required; Gulf/ADNOC experience preferred; strict safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pipeline, Oil & Gas, EPC, Flowline, Wellhead, Brownfield, Upstream, or Onshore.
• Gulf or ADNOC experience preferred.
• Clean‑shaven policy applicable.
• Immediate joiner required.
• Candidate must not have experience in Metro, Building, or Road Infrastructure.
• Minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hydrotesting to meet pressure and integrity standards.
• Coordinate prep, assembly, and deployment of hydrotest packs ensuring components are ready.
• Develop procedures and schedules aligning with timelines and safety regs.
• Manage hydrotest docs: packs, reports, certificates, ensuring accuracy.
• Liaise with engineers, QC, and site supervisors to resolve testing issues.
• Enforce safety and environmental regulations during hydrotesting operations.

• Oversee the entire hydrotesting process, ensuring all equipment and systems meet stringent pressure and integrity standards.
• Coordinate the preparation, assembly, and deployment of hydrotest packs, guaranteeing all components are present and functional.
• Develop and implement detailed hydrotest procedures and schedules, aligning with project timelines and safety regulations.
• Manage and track all hydrotest documentation, including test packs, reports, and certificates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise effectively with project engineers, quality control personnel, and site supervisors to resolve any issues during testing.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations throughout hydrotesting operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in Pipeline, Oil & Gas, EPC, Flowline, Wellhead, Brownfield, Upstream, or Onshore.
• Gulf or ADNOC experience preferred.
• Clean‑shaven policy applicable.
• Immediate joiner required.

Age Criteria

• Maximum age limit is 49 years.
• For managerial positions, age limit may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.
