Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment seeks a Manager - Operations for its glamping resort. You will oversee daily operations, lead front office, guest services, reservations, and room allocation to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include maintaining high service standards, coaching the operations team, and coordinating across departments while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and SOPs, and managing costs for budget targets.

Qualifications

• Hospitality qualification (Bachelor’s or Diploma in Hospitality Management).
• Room division experience, front office, or guest services (min 2 years).
• Ability to lead, coach, schedule, and manage operational teams.
• Strong guest service orientation with problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of resort operations, SOPs, safety standards, and hospitality systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the glamping resort to ensure high-quality service.
• Lead front office, guest services, reservations, room allocation, billing, and guest transport ops.
• Ensure villas, guest areas, facilities, and activities meet standards.
• Drive guest experience by maintaining service standards and recovery.
• Lead, coach, schedule, and monitor room division and ops staff.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, health and safety, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Entertainment, Security, HR, Finance, Revenue, Sales, and Marketing.
• Monitor costs, manpower, resources, and productivity to support budget and occupancy goals.

About the Job:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Manager - Operations at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the glamping resort to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
• Lead and manage front office, guest services, reservations, room allocation, billing, and guest transportation operations.
• Ensure villas, guest areas, facilities, and activities are fully prepared, well maintained, and aligned with operational standards.
• Drive excellent guest experience by maintaining service standards, resolving guest concerns, and supporting service recovery.
• Lead, coach, schedule, and monitor the performance of room division and operations team members.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health and safety requirements, and relevant regulatory standards.
• Coordinate effectively with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Entertainment, Security, HR, Finance, Revenue, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Monitor operational costs, manpower, resources, and productivity to support budget control, occupancy, revenue, and business objectives.

About you:

• Hospitality qualification – Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Room division experience – Minimum 2 years of experience in room division, front office, resort operations, or guest services.
• Leadership and team management – Ability to lead, coach, schedule, and manage operational teams effectively.
• Guest service and problem-solving skills – Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Operational and system knowledge – Knowledge of resort operations, SOPs, safety standards, and hospitality systems such as Opera PMS, SynXis, or Channel Manager.
