Responsibilities

B2B Management

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with vendors and resellers to support consistent product availability and performance
• Establish and manage pricing strategies ensuring competitiveness and profitability
• Maintain accurate inventory records reorder points and stock levels
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to support internal training and external communication
• Oversee reseller partnerships controlling costs improving margins and achieving budgeted sales targets

B2C Management

• Lead in-store sales operations to ensure exceptional customer service and brand consistency
• Maintain direct relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Supervise and mentor retail staff ensuring proper product knowledge sales techniques and operational tools are in place
• Achieve revenue profit and cost-control objectives through effective daily store management
• Monitor and maintain appropriate product displays stock rotation and promotional campaigns

E-Commerce Support

• Provide secondary support for online sales operations including coordination with the Webstore Maintenance Supervisor
• Contribute to digital marketing and sales initiatives ensuring online listings stock levels and fulfillment accuracy
• Monitor and report e-commerce performance metrics identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
• Ensure consistent integration between in-store and online inventory and customer experience

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achieve and exceed sales and budget targets across B2B B2C and online channels
• Maintain accurate and efficient inventory tracking rotation and reporting
• Support store excellence through staff training display quality and operational efficiency
• Contribute to webstore functionality and e-commerce

Additional Notes

The Sales Supervisor will be asked to support operations as a Diving Instructor or assist in other roles depending on business needs

Preferred Educational Qualifications And Professional Certifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Experience Minimum 3 years experience in retail or sales management, preferably in consumer goods or diving-related industries.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with POS systems, inventory software, and e-commerce platforms.
• Customer-focused mindset with leadership and mentoring ability.
