The role requires managing 15–20 store supervisors, overseeing order fulfillment, stock availability, and rostering, while coaching teams to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in order fulfillment and managing pickers.
• 2-3 years of experience in order fulfillment operations in grocery stores.
• Data-driven decision making; comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards.
• Basic food handling experience.
• Experience managing a large team of pickers.

Overview

This role focuses on the daily operation and leadership of a grocery store team within a regional area, driving store performance, compliance with SOPs, and effective coordination with care and rider teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 15-20 grocery store supervisors across a geographical area.
• Supervise the performance of in-store grocery order fulfillment — pick, pack, and handover to riders.
• Ensure strict adherence to food handling and packing SOPs.
• Achieve best-in-class operational metrics, including order preparation time, picker utilization, item replacement compliance, and stock availability while maintaining customer experience.
• Develop store-specific processes and workflows to ensure efficient store operations.
• Coordinate in real time with customer care and rider teams to ensure timely order dispatch and resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate with 3PLs on picker recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Manage rostering of pickers and store supervisors to ensure shift coverage and efficient operations.
• Coach and train store supervisors to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in order fulfillment and management of pickers.
• 2-3 years of experience in order fulfillment operations in grocery stores.
• Data-driven decision making; comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards.
