Job summary

Clarion Shipping Services L.L.C is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations in the UAE. You will ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, while maintaining inventory integrity and meeting customer SLAs.

The role requires leadership of warehouse staff, adherence to SOPs and safety standards, and collaboration with clients, transport partners, suppliers, and internal teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–3 years in warehouse or e-commerce fulfilment operations, with 1–2 years in supervisory role.
• Experience managing staff, inventory, and daily fulfilment operations.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting customer service level agreements (SLAs), supervising warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with company SOPs and safety standards, and driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Key Internal & External Stakeholders

• Coordinate with Clients / Brand Owners to ensure fulfilment operations meet agreed service levels and customer requirements.
• Support Customers by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Courier & Transport Partners for shipment dispatches, collections, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Suppliers for inbound deliveries and receiving activities.
• Liaise with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Support Team to resolve system-related operational issues and support continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Functional Knowledge

• Strong understanding of warehouse and e-commerce fulfilment operations.
• Knowledge of receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Understanding of inventory control methods, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, and quality inspections.
• Knowledge of warehouse KPIs, productivity measurement, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Familiarity with warehouse documentation, including GRNs, pick lists, transfer orders, delivery notes, and inventory reports.
• Understanding of Health & Safety regulations and warehouse best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or e-commerce fulfilment operations, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Experience managing warehouse staff, inventory, daily fulfilment operations, and inventory control systems.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using handheld barcode scanners and warehouse mobile devices.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong inventory management, analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and ensure process compliance with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Basic spoken and written English is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic, or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
• Warehouse or logistics certifications and forklift certifications (where applicable) will be an added advantage.
