Job summary

Rowad Modern Engineering is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead daily on-site activities in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure work aligns with approved drawings and schedules, coordinate with QC, planning, safety and subcontractor teams, and monitor progress, quality, and HSE compliance to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Technical Certificate in civil/architectural/mechanical fields, has at least 5 years of site supervision experience, and UAE construction experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or a related field.
• 5+ years of site supervision experience.
• UAE construction experience is mandatory.
• Experience in industrial projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and HSE requirements.
• Good communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work follows approved drawings and schedules.
• Coordinate with construction QC, planning, safety and subcontractor teams.
• Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and site progress.
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE and project requirements.
• Report progress, identify site issues and support timely project delivery.
