Rowad Modern Engineering, based in Abu Dhabi, seeks an Architectural Coordinator to coordinate shop drawings, interpret design intent, and support site teams with technical guidance. The role requires UAE experience and a background in architectural projects across commercial, hospitality, or industrial sectors.

You will manage documentation control, participate in design reviews and meetings, and assist in procurement and quantity take-offs for architectural materials as needed.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience.
• UAE experience is required.
• Experience in commercial or hospitality projects is required.
• Experience in industrial projects is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare review and coordinate architectural drawings shop drawings and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with architectural design intent project specifications and relevant codes and standards
• Assist in interpreting architectural plans and provide technical support to site teams and contractors
• Coordinate with architects consultants and subcontractors to resolve design-related issues and discrepancies
• Manage documentation control including RFIs submittals progress reports and correspondence
• Participate in technical meetings site inspections and project reviews
• Support cost control by reviewing invoices variation orders and subcontractor claims related to architectural scope
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure timely communication between all stakeholders
• Assist in procurement and quantity take-offs for architectural materials when required

Educación

Bachelor degree of architecture engineering or any relevant field
