Responsibilities include receiving shipments, inspecting quality and temperature, ensuring stock levels, maintaining cold chains, and proper pricing with legal content where applicable. The position is full-time in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role with a reputed supermarket.
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent product knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments and inspecting the material, amount, quality and temperature.
• Record any discrepancies to the store keeper and store manager.
• Ensure that cooled and frozen items are handled and stored properly.
• Inspect availability of items and ensure shelves are always stocked across the range.
• Ensure cold chain of items is preserved.
• Record any out of stocks to the Shop Manager.
• Inspect sell-by dates daily and ensure all open items are within date range.
• Ensure that strict stock rotation occurs following FIFO concepts.
