Job summary

Abroad Work in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team. You will manage and update product lines across stores, ensure proper display and stock, and provide excellent customer service while working independently.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, at least 1 year of merchandising experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with store staff and suppliers to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year experience as a merchandiser or similar role preferred.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the display of products according to store requirements
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock is adequate
• Research new product lines and identify potential products for sale
• Coordinate with suppliers and distributors regarding supply of products
• Develop promotional campaigns to increase sales
• Liaise with store staff on customer inquiries and orders
• Track sales performance and identify areas of improvement
• Monitor customer feedback on products and services
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations when handling merchandise
