Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Personal Shopper, Stylist, or Wardrobe Manager (private household preferred).
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends across luxury, casual, travel, and childrens wear.
• Excellent organisational and inventory management skills.
• High attention to detail and presentation standards.
• Proficiency with online shopping platforms and digital tracking systems.
• Discreet, professional and service-oriented; ability to work independently in a fast-paced private household.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase clothing and lifestyle items both in-store and online.
• Curate seasonal wardrobes and outfit selections for adults and children.
• Provide styling recommendations for daily wear, travel and special events.
• Prepare and present styling proposals aligned with family preferences and lifestyle.
• Suggest and source appropriate gifts when required.
• Maintain and organise wardrobes to the highest standards.
• Conduct wardrobe audits and seasonal rotations.
• Track clothing inventory including high-value and designer items.
• Manage children's wardrobe transitions including sizing updates and seasonal replacements.
• Photograph, list and coordinate resale of items when required.
• Implement wardrobe organisation systems.
• Train housekeeping staff on wardrobe standards and maintenance.
• Manage fittings deliveries, returns and exchanges.
• Coordinate with suppliers, boutiques and brands.
• Prepare detailed packing lists based on travel destination climates.

A UHNW private household is seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Shopper / Stylist to manage all wardrobe styling and clothing-related needs for the family. This role involves curating wardrobes sourcing clothing and accessories managing inventory coordinating fittings and ensuring all family members are appropriately styled for daily life travel and special events.

The successful candidate will also implement wardrobe systems oversee organisation standards and work closely with household staff to maintain exceptional presentation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Shopping & Styling

• Source and purchase clothing accessories and lifestyle items both in-store and online
• Curate seasonal wardrobes and outfit selections for adults and children
• Provide styling recommendations for daily wear travel and special events
• Prepare and present styling proposals aligned with family preferences and lifestyle
• Suggest and source appropriate gifts when required

Wardrobe & Inventory Management

• Maintain and organise wardrobes to the highest standards
• Conduct regular wardrobe audits and seasonal rotations
• Track clothing inventory including high-value and designer items
• Manage childrens wardrobe transitions including sizing updates and seasonal replacements

Organisation & Household Coordination
