Job summary

Gems Education UAE is looking for a Career Guidance Counsellor to support students in identifying educational pathways and long-term career goals. This role involves guiding students through applications, assessments, and employment readiness in a high-performing school environment.

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Psychology or a related field and a strong understanding of university admissions processes. A competitive salary of 13,000-17,000 AED monthly is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and group career counselling sessions for students across different academic levels.
• Help students identify educational requirements and create suitable academic and career development plans.
• Conduct workshops on career management, university planning, and decision‑making strategies.
