Job summary

UD in Dubai is seeking an Administrator Registration to support UAE national student registration processes. The role covers assisting with course registration, handling add/drop requests, and providing front-end/back-end support such as issuing access cards and uploading student photos.

You will manage document uploads to eMada, prepare and issue reports, maintain confidential student data, and assist with exam seating and makeup processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or a related field is required.
• No specific experience required; relevant administrative or student service experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with course registration during the registration period.
• Collect and process students’ requests (withdrawal, etc.).
• Scan and upload students’ documents to eMada (document upload).
• Issue reports such as course offerings, registered students, majors, and nationalities.
• Manage room bookings on eMada.
• Answer phone calls, reply to emails, and complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.
• Help prepare seating arrangements and student lists during midterm and final exams; assist with makeup exam processes (forms, payment, and collection of grades).
