Job summary

Al Ain University of Science and Technology (جامعة العين للعلوم والتكنولوجيا) in the UAE seeks a Student Recruitment and Counseling Coordinator to support enrollment objectives. You will respond to inquiries, advise applicants on admission steps, and promote programs to diverse audiences across campuses and events.

You will work with campus and department staff to meet targets, manage events on and off campus, and assist with marketing outreach in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in the relevant field, fresh graduate can also apply.
• Proficiency in Arabic/ English languages, spoken and written.
• Good command on computer skills, particularly MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to queries via email, phone, and in person, guiding students through the application process.
• Counsel students on programs, admission procedures, eligibility, and costs.
• Identify and recruit students to meet enrollment targets.
• Coordinate with university staff to improve customer service and unit workflow.
• Plan and attend events on campus and externally.
• Promote the university’s programs across schools, exhibitions, and education fairs.
• Undertake other duties assigned by SRU Manager.

Job Description

• Responding queries, emails and phone from students, and provide them details about application process, fees and course selection as necessary.
• Advice and counseling students about offered programs, admission procedure, eligibility criteria and cost.
• Identify and recruit students in accordance with enrollment targets.
• Corresponds with University and department staff answering queries and providing assistance to enhance customer service and unit workflow.
• Responsible to manage and attend events related to university inside campus and outside.
• Responsible to promote/market university’s offered programs in different markets including but not limited to Schools, Exhibitions, Education fairs and promotional kiosk etc..
• Undertake other duties assigned by SRU Manager.
