Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree and have 1–3 years of customer service experience, with strong communication skills in Arabic and English and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Experience in Student Conduct or Student Life is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce university policies by monitoring and enforcing compliance with rules and regulations.
• Address and resolve student conduct issues, ensuring due process is followed.
• Document and report incidents of misconduct with accurate records.
• Regularly patrol campus to ensure compliance and provide a visible presence; report violations to the OSL Manager.
• Work closely with campus security, Student Life Office, and other departments to promote a safe campus environment.
• Prepare detailed conduct reports and maintain comprehensive records.
• Provide support to students involved in conduct cases, offering guidance on policies and resources.
• Perform any other duties requested by the immediate supervisor.
