Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years experience in Marine and O&G sector.
• Minimum 8 to 12 years experience in Structural discipline as Sr. Designer.

Responsibilities

• Manage team of Structural Designers and Detailers.
• Liaise with internal clients for smooth team functioning.
• Update project planning and manpower forecast.
• Assist Designers with technical matters to improve productivity.
• Ensure KPIs are achieved by both teams.

Skills

Understanding of structural connections

Strong problem-solving skills

Good knowledge in 3D software & AutoCAD 2D/3D

Good communication skills

Experience working on EPC projects
