Job summary

Albion Recruitment is working with a leading Dubai-based real estate developer seeking an experienced Senior Façade Structural Engineer to join its specialist Façade & Aluminium Division. The company has its own manufacturing and production facilities, delivering major high-rise developments, luxury residential schemes and landmark projects across the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Proven experience on major high-rise, commercial and luxury residential developments.
• Strong technical knowledge of curtain walling, structural glazing, aluminium systems and wider façade packages.
• Proficient in relevant engineering software, including SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, RFEM, SJ MEPLA and IDEA StatiCa.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE Building Codes, ASCE, ASTM, AISC and Eurocodes.
• Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• UAE or GCC national with the right to work in the UAE without residence visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Structural design and engineering of curtain walling, glazing, aluminium and steel façade systems.
• Wind load analysis, structural calculations, thermal movement, deflection and stress assessments.
• Structural verification of aluminium profiles, brackets, anchors and façade connections.
• Preparation of structural calculation reports, technical submissions and consultant approvals.
• Close coordination with design, engineering, manufacturing and installation teams.
• Ensuring full compliance with UAE Building Codes, international standards and project specifications.

Salary: AED 16,000 – 20,000 per month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Structural design and engineering of curtain walling, glazing, aluminium and steel façade systems.
• Wind load analysis, structural calculations, thermal movement, deflection and stress assessments.
• Structural verification of aluminium profiles, brackets, anchors and façade connections.
• Preparation of structural calculation reports, technical submissions and consultant approvals.
• Close coordination with design, engineering, manufacturing and installation teams.
