Burj Line Builders is seeking a Structural Designer with 3+ years in structural steel detailing and 3D modelling within the Oil & Gas sector. Offshore project experience is highly preferred.

You will prepare GADs and fabrication drawings, model in Tekla Structures, and coordinate with piping/mechanical teams to ensure clash-free, deliverable drawings and BOMs.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in structural steel modelling and detailing for Oil & Gas projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Tekla Structures for 3D modelling, connection detailing and drawings.
• Experience modelling pipe racks, platforms, stairs, ladders, handrails, gratings and offshore structures.
• Ability to prepare GAD, fabrication, assembly and erection drawings.
• Strong understanding of steel connections, base plates, stiffeners and detailing requirements.
• Familiarity with ADNOC specifications, AISC standards, ASTM materials and fabrication requirements.
• Experience generating BOM, MTO and cutting lists.
• Ability to interpret structural calculation reports and engineering design drawings.
• Experience in clash detection and coordination with piping and mechanical teams.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail, drawing accuracy and fabrication feasibility.
