Urban Ridge Supplies is seeking a Structural Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in structural steel detailing and 3D modelling for Oil & Gas projects. Offshore project experience is highly preferred.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor in Civil/Structural Engineering and advanced Tekla Structures skills. Responsibilities include creating GADs and fabrication drawings, generating BOM/MTO, and coordinating with piping and mechanical teams.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in structural steel modelling and detailing for Oil & Gas projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Tekla Structures, including 3D modelling, connection detailing and drawing generation.
• Experience in modelling pipe racks, equipment platforms, access platforms, stairways, ladders, handrails, gratings and offshore steel structures.
• Ability to prepare General Arrangement Drawings (GAD), fabrication drawings, assembly drawings and erection drawings.
• Strong understanding of steel connections, bolted and welded joints, base plates, stiffeners and structural detailing requirements.
• Familiarity with ADNOC specifications, AISC standards, ASTM materials and applicable fabrication requirements.
• Experience in generating Bills of Materials (BOM), Material Take-Offs (MTO) and cutting lists.
• Ability to interpret structural calculation reports and engineering design drawings.
• Experience in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination with piping and mechanical teams.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail, drawing accuracy and fabrication feasibility.
