MidChains Limited in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Manager in Strategy and PMO Office to work closely with the CEO and lead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Trading, Compliance, Technology, Finance, and Marketing. Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience as a management consultant or similar role, ideally within financial services, fintech, or institutional environments.
• Proven track record of managing complex executive stakeholder coordination, conducting high-level meetings, and providing executive support.
• Experience in UAE business environment with understanding of local regulatory landscape and operational requirements.
• Background in financial services firms with exposure to compliance matters.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to draft memos and presentations from scratch.
• Strong project management capabilities spanning multiple departments.

Responsabilités

• Manage executive calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and high-level communications for the CEO, Board, and Senior Management Team.
• Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional project management on behalf of the CEO.
• Build and manage relationships with UAE regulators including VARA and CB UAE, coordinating regulatory matters.
• Oversee HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Manage office operations, facilities, vendor relations, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate board meeting prep, investor relations support, and strategic planning processes.
• Lead high-stakes projects including new product launches, market expansion, and regulatory submissions.
• Act as strategic liaison between the CEO and internal teams, institutional clients, and external stakeholders.
• Support executive travel, events, and corporate hospitality.
• Drive process improvement and transformation initiatives across departments.
• Champion change management for senior leadership readiness.
• Handle confidential regulatory matters with discretion.
