Qualifications

• 4-6+ years as management consultant or similar role, ideally within financial services.
• Experience coordinating executive calendars and high-level meetings.
• Familiarity with UAE regulatory landscape and local business culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with C-levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex executive calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and high-level communications for the CEO and Senior Management.
• Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional project management on behalf of the CEO.
• Build and manage relationships with UAE regulators including VARA and Central Bank.
• Oversee HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and engagement.
• Manage office operations, facilities, vendor relations, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate board meetings, investor relations support, and strategic planning.
• Lead high-stakes projects like product launches, market expansion, and regulatory submissions.
• Act as liaison between CEO, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Support executive travel, events, and corporate hospitality.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence across departments.
• Champion change management and organizational transformation.
• Handle confidential information and regulatory matters discreetly.
