Dubai Future Foundation seeks an Associate Strategy and Performance Manager to connect leadership intent with delivery, translating moonshots into actionable mandates and surfacing project realities for decision-making. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
MBA or MSc is a plus.
Experience spanning strategy and delivery in a PMO/strategy role.

Responsibilities

Translate strategic direction into clear mandates for project teams.
Maintain enterprise-wide portfolio view and governance.
Set OKRs and supervise portfolio KPIs and scorecards.
Oversee FP&A, budgeting, forecasts and capital allocation.
Design and evolve operating model, processes, and controls.
Drive digital transformation and tool adoption across DFF.
Establish PMO standards, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting.
