Job summary
Dubai Future Foundation seeks an Associate Strategy and Performance Manager to translate vision into actionable MP/OKR mandates, align portfolio with moonshots, and drive governance, FP&A, and digital transformation. Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience spanning strategy and delivery
- Project/portfolio management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum) is an advantage
- Strong dual capability: connect work to vision and moonshots with delivery discipline
- Solid FP&A and financial acumen—budgets, forecasts, and variances
- Experience in operating-model design and/or enterprise digital transformation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Translate strategy into clear mandates for project teams
- Manage portfolio governance, prioritisation, and stage gates
- Develop and supervise OKR-based scorecards across the portfolio
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and capital allocation; support HR alignment
- Design and evolve operating models and processes; drive lean and agile improvements
- Produce executive-ready briefings and dashboards; manage stakeholder relations
- Identify risks, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery across projects
