Job summary

Dubai Government Media Office seeks a Strategy and Excellence Director to steward the GDMO's strategy, translate objectives into department actions, and drive organizational capability through digitization, governance, and change management. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets with Finance, develop KPIs, and ensure programs align with the GDMO vision across accounts and stakeholders.

A Master’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 7+ years leading

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with at least 4-5 years in a similar role.
• Minimum of 7 years leading and managing teams.
• Minimum of 3 years managing a budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategy for the Strategy and Excellence department to support the GDMO vision and objectives.
• Lead the department to deliver agreed objectives in line with the GDMO strategy.
• Manage relationships with Directors across GDMO to support and deliver the strategy.
