Job summary

Dubai Government Media Office seeks a Strategy and Excellence Director to lead the development and cascading of the GDMO strategy across departments. The role drives organizational capability, governance, and change management to deliver the vision.

You will supervise budgeting, digitization initiatives, KPI development and reporting, and collaborate with Directors to implement improvement initiatives and maintain policy compliance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, 4–5 years in a similar role.
• A minimum of 7 years leading and managing teams.
• A minimum of 3 years managing a budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategy for the Strategy and Excellence department.
• Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives across GDMO.
• Manage the Strategy and Excellence budget with Finance.
• Develop KPIs and a monthly/quarterly/annual reporting framework.
• Drive digitization and automation initiatives across GDMO.
• Foster cross-department collaboration and governance.
