We are a leading cloud kitchen operator in Abu Dhabi, running a large-scale, state-of-the-art facility producing 5,000+ healthy meals daily across multiple brands. Alongside B2C meal plans, the business serves B2B and catering clients, with a mix of proprietary and partner concepts. The company is now entering its next growth phase, aiming to scale operations, maximize revenue, and fully leverage its production capacity and brand portfolio.

Role Overview

The Strategy Director / GM will lead the company's strategic transformation and execution roadmap, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and strengthening market position. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial leadership role with full P&L responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the business.
• Implement scalable operational and commercial models across B2C and B2B channels.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Drive financial performance, including revenue, margins, and EBITDA improvement.
• Oversee kitchen operations to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Build and mentor a high-performing management team and foster a culture of excellence.

Candidate Profile
