Job summary
Al Masaood in Abu Dhabi seeks an Upstream Sales Engineer to drive sales and business development of technical products within the upstream oil and gas sector. You will build relationships with ADNOC, operators, EPCs and service companies, identifying opportunities and converting them into revenue.
Responsibilities include preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting demonstrations, and maintaining CRM with accurate forecasts while targeting a strong sales pipeline and growth across
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of sales/business development experience in upstream oil & gas.
- Strong UAE experience, preferably Abu Dhabi.
- Existing relationships with ADNOC, ADNOC Group companies, oilfield service companies and major upstream contractors.
- Experience selling oilfield/production chemicals, production solutions, process equipment or other technical products.
- Technical degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum or related Engineering.
- Strong technical sales, negotiation and commercial skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with ADNOC and other upstream oil & gas operators.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across upstream oil & gas projects and production facilities.
- Promote and sell technical products, equipment, chemicals or solutions relevant to upstream operations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations and product demonstrations.
