Job summary

XAD Technologies LTD is seeking a proactive Training and Development Specialist to lead the design and delivery of employee development programs in Sharjah. You will conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA), develop annual and quarterly training plans, calendars, and coordinate trainers and external vendors to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Responsibilities include onboarding new hires, post‑training evaluations, maintaining training records, monitoring budgets, and driving community development

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement prioritized training plans aligned with organizational and employee development goals.
• Connduct regular Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and Skill Assessment Drives across departments to identify employee skill gaps and development needs, and design or propose relevant training programs accordingly.
• Develop and maintain annual and quarterly training calendars, including mandatory and refresher training programs. (Customized & Standard)
• Coordinate trainers, venues, training materials, vendors, and participant schedules for effective program delivery.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure quality and timely training execution.
• Design, develop, and deliver effective in-house training programs customized for different employee groups.
• Conduct and manage new hire orientation sessions to ensure smooth onboarding and policy awareness.
• Conduct post-training assessments and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, participation, and performance improvement analysis.
• Prepare training reports, analyse outcomes, and recommend appropriate follow-up actions and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, certifications, and related documentation.
• Monitor training budgets, resources, and utilization to ensure cost-effective training delivery.
• Continuously improve training content and delivery methods while supporting employee development plans and career progression tools.
• Lead the organization's Community Development and Welfare Training Initiatives, overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of free vocational, professional, and employability-focused training programs designed to develop skills, promote self-reliance, and improve employment opportunities for beneficiaries.
